[Benefit of the update]
\n\u30fbIt introduces compatibility with the \u201cfocus ring control\u201d function of the camera, allowing either \u201clinear\u201d or \u201cnon-linear\u201d focus movement to be selected when using MF.
\n* SIGMA fp L, SIGMA fp, Panasonic Lumix S1, Lumix S1R, Lumix S1H, Lumix S5, Lumix BS1H, Leica SL2, SL2-S are supported.<\/small>
\n* SIGMA fp L is supported by the current updated firmware Ver.2.00 that has been released on January 27, and SIGMA fp will be supported by updating to firmware which is scheduled to be released on April 21st.<\/small>
\n* For more information on linear and non-linear focusing, please refer to our frequently asked questions<\/a>.<\/small><\/p>\n

For those who own the SIGMA USB DOCK UD-11<\/strong>
\nConnect the lens to a computer via the SIGMA USB DOCK UD-11 (sold separately), then open SIGMA Optimization Pro. If the lens firmware isn\u2019t the latest version, the following message will appear: \u2018The latest lens firmware is available\u2019. Click \u2018Yes\u2019 to update.<\/p>\n
